The curriculum we use, Real Essentials, teaches students to have healthy relationship dynamics. This program helps students regulate their emotions in times of difficulty and grow their self-confidence while teaching behavior modification, guiding students to grow into the adults they want to become. The curriculum includes the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationship dynamics, how to implement healthy communication, and how to build relationships on strong and reliable connections. This leads to well-educated and emotionally mature youth.

Our program provides an engaging and flexible 8-hour curriculum designed to equip students with essential life skills. We work with schools, community groups, and summer programs to deliver relationship education to students.

The True North Project works directly with Middle and high schools, empowering students to engage in healthy relationships and make positive choices to succeed in and out of the classroom. This course helps youth make better choices today to create stronger and healthier families for the future.​​
